Our India’s Big 5 Wildlife Expedition kicked off on November 10th, 2025, and concluded on November 26th, unfolding as a carefully planned cross-country wildlife circuit. We began in the teak forests of Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve, then moved north into the sal forests and open meadows of Kanha National Park. From central India, the trail carried us to the Shivalik foothills of Rajaji National Park, followed by the riverine jungles of Jim Corbett National Park.
The expedition wrapped up in the misty floodplains of Kaziranga National Park, bringing the tour full circle—from dry deciduous forests to grasslands and wetlands. Each leg introduced a new habitat, new species, and a fresh rhythm to the journey.
The tour was led by Harsh Agarwal, and with him at the helm, sharp field insight came paired with humour, energy, and a lot of laughter—so yes, fun was guaranteed along with serious wildlife action.
Wildlife sightings throughout our Big 5 Wildlife Expedition were consistently strong. Winter set the mood with misty early mornings, low light, and forests that felt dramatic and dreamlike. These conditions didn’t slow things down. If anything, they made each encounter more intense and memorable.
