Harsh Agarwal, an explorer and an awarded photographer, was born and raised in Agra. While working as a freelance tour guide/director in tourism since 2005 his first encounter with wildlife came in 2011 during his visit to Ranthambore. This shifted his perspective to wildlife. The next few years he spent in exploring the Jungles of India.
While exploring the wildlife, he developed an eye for photography, capturing the beauty and wildness of nature. In 2015, he combined his leadership skills with his passion for photography to plan “The Wildlife Tour,” a dedicated team focused on organizing immersive wildlife tours.
Harsh’s journey from a focused student in Agra to a renowned figure in wildlife tourism and photography illustrates his dedication and adaptability. Harsh is a certified naturalist and first Aider.
Safari vehicles play a pivotal role in capturing great photographs during jungle safaris. In India, the Maruti Gypsy 4×4 is commonly used for this purpose. These vehicles are designed with three rows of seats, accommodating up to eight passengers. Their open structure and elevated seating arrangement offer excellent visibility, enabling photographers to get clear, unobstructed shots of wildlife and landscapes. The 4×4 capability ensures that the vehicles can navigate through diverse and challenging terrains, bringing photographers closer to nature’s wonders. The front row is reserved for the park driver and park guide or naturalist. The center and back seats are occupied by guests or photographers.
We provide seating just two passengers per row for best comfort and convenience. This layout gives your gadgets more room and freedom to move about, so improving your photography experience. This arrangement guarantees enough room and flexibility for capturing the ideal view of the surroundings’ wildlife and landscape.

Below we have addressed many of the questions and concerns you may have.
A Tour is a big investment. It is important that you match your expectations. Our tours, for now, are confined to Asia only. India has more than a hundred national parks, covering over 15,600 square miles of protected land. Many of the country’s wildlife sanctuaries once were hunting reserves of the maharajas, and more than 50 have been designated as tiger reserves. This wildlife tour is designed to focus on the wildlife but you will also experience some of India’s cultural marvels.
This tour is a wildlife tour with a touch of culture and photography. So nature and wildlife lovers want to see the iconic Royal Bengal tiger—India’s national animal—the top attraction for safari-goers, as well as India’s unique wildlife and varied exotic fauna. Visiting three of India’s top wildlife national parks with a high-density tiger population will increase your chances of photographing the royal majestic tiger.

You need to arrive in India on Day 1. Anytime after 14:00 hrs, you can check in at the hotel. Usually,
rooms are available after 14:00 hrs. Sometimes it can be very confusing flying in and out of India
because many of the flights arrived and depart around midnight. So please check the dates very
carefully and make sure your dates are correct. Drop us a message before confirming your flight.
Yes, you can arrive 1 or 2 days prior. We can take care of all the extra accommodation on payment

Yes I do (Harsh) because I am a passionate photographer and it is second nature for me to
instinctively have my camera in hand, but my first priority is to be available to you as a resource. The
areas we are visiting are already well scouted by us. We have spent quality time doing our research.
That’s why I don’t need a camera for my personal work. My camera is usually the last up and the first
down. When I am looking through my camera, I will be seeing things as a professional photographer.
The purpose will be just to check that we are at the right position or need to re-position the vehicle or
background is not distracting.
The best time to visit India for a tiger safari tour is from October to March. It gets really cold in the early morning in the months of November – March, so extra layers are advisable. April to June is the summer season. The probability of rain is almost negligible to very low rain with 7-8 hours of sunshine each day.

vegetables and are a delight to your senses. Fresh, Simple, Locally grown, and Seasonal foods will be
